2. Account Registration & Eligibility

One Account Policy

• Each individual may hold only one 62bet account.

Account Security

• While a bonus is active, only bets placed using bonus funds will count toward the wagering requirement — not from the main deposit (unless separate terms specify otherwise).
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.

Cashback & VIP Bonuses

• Weekly cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirements — you can withdraw them directly.
• VIP-tier bonuses and offers remain valid until the tier changes.
• 62bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules & Cancellations

Betting rules at 62bet are straightforward. All bets are considered final, with a few defined exceptions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless 62bet voids it on its own.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 62bet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or altered, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• For in-play bets, if a connection is lost but the bet has already been processed, it will be considered valid.
• Bets are settled based on the official result announcement. If an initial result is later revised, settlement may be reconsidered accordingly.

7. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on 62bet. Because they harm other members across the platform, they are dealt with firmly.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Betting through match-fixing or the use of insider information.

• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other members or staff.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

62bet may suspend or permanently close an account under certain specific circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• Before terminating an account, 62bet may offer the member an opportunity to provide clarification — however, this is not mandatory.
• Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• If an account is closed for a valid reason, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
• If an account is terminated due to prohibited activities, a refund of the remaining balance is not guaranteed.
